Depending on the profile requirements, the folding process can involve complex rotations and lathe operations.
Depending on the length of the profile sheet, the material type, and the weight of the sheet metal components, multiple machine operators may be required. By using Thalmann’s DOUBLE FOLDER TECHNOLOGY, handling of the sheet metal components can be completely eliminated or reduced to an absolute minimum. Two foldable beams are used for folding the sheet metal in two directions: they work fully automatically, efficiently, quickly, and with high precision.
Thanks to the innovative DYNAMIC FOLDING TECHNOLOGY (DFT), the folding speed and thus the production performance increase significantly.
